Curved Interlock Walkway Restoration

Our client reached out because his interlock was starting to show its age. Weeds were growing through the joints, grime had built up on the surface, and a few areas had become uneven.

The front driveway skirt had also developed noticeable tire tracks from years of vehicles driving over it.

Our Recommendation

The pavers themselves still had plenty of life left, so there was no reason to replace everything.

We recommended a full interlock restoration, along with lifting and re-laying the entire driveway skirt to remove the tire tracks and bring the area back to a clean, even surface.

Bringing It Back to Life

Once the repairs and cleaning were complete, we re-jointed the interlock with a light grey polymeric sand. The lighter joints helped define each paver and made the original colours stand out again.

The Result

The transformation gave this older interlock a fresh, crisp look while keeping the character of the original curved walkway.

Our client was very happy with the finished result, and his existing interlock is ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
