Complete Hardscape Restoration | Whitehaven

Our client reached out because the hardscape around his property was starting to show its age. There were damaged pavers, weeds, moss and grime buildup, loose caps, and steps that had started to shift.

With so much existing hardscape around the property, replacing everything would have cost tens of thousands of dollars.

Our Recommendation

Instead of tearing everything out, we recommended a complete hardscape restoration to repair the problem areas and bring the existing pavers back to life.

Some of the original pavers were too damaged to reuse. To solve this, we created a new centrepiece in the backyard patio and used the good pavers we removed from that area to replace the damaged ones throughout the property.

As a bonus, the new centrepiece gave our client a perfect spot to centre his outdoor dining table.

The Restoration

We cleaned and re-jointed the existing hardscape, replaced damaged pavers, rebuilt sections of the steps that had shifted, and re-glued loose caps.

The Result

Instead of replacing everything, we were able to work with what was already there.

The property kept the character of its original hardscape while looking cleaner, straighter and refreshed, without the cost of a complete replacement.
